Quality brands will provide COA's on their websites for easy access. The store you are purchasing your product from should also have a current COA on hand. And if a brand tells you their COA's are proprietary information and they don't give them out, run the other way as fast as you can.
Brands who focus on professionalism and transparency make sure their packaging is perfect. Information such as recommended serving size, potency, and ingredients should be listed right on the label. Many brands will also invest in child resistant packaging depending on the product.
Note on potency: If the packaging claims to have 10,000g of CBD, you may want to look for another product. Many fly by night companies boast extremely high potency rates for unbelievably cheap prices.
